Important: Bitcoin Mining: Rig Tycoon is a simulation / entertainment game. Virtual currencies and mining progress have no real-world monetary value. The App does not mine cryptocurrency on your device and does not offer financial returns.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store / Google Play terms.

3. Accounts & progress

Progress may be stored on device and/or in the cloud. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure. We may reset or modify progress to fix bugs, abuse, or economy issues.

The free experience may include ads (including rewarded and interstitial ads). You can remove some ads via in-app purchases where offered. Ad privacy choices in regulated regions are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

The App, branding, art, and code are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer (except where allowed by law), or redistribute the App.

8. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROGRESS, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ZERO IF FREE).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the App at any time and uninstall it.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law. Material changes may be communicated in-app or via store listing.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
