Simulation notice: This app is an entertainment / idle simulation game. In-game Bitcoin, hashrate, gems, and similar values are virtual. The app does not mine real cryptocurrency and does not provide real-world financial returns.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information when you use Bitcoin Mining: Rig Tycoon on Android and iOS (“the App”).

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may process:

Account / progress data — username, avatar, game progress, settings (if cloud save or account features are enabled).
Device & diagnostics — device type, OS version, crash logs, performance data (e.g. via Firebase Crashlytics).
Analytics — approximate usage events (screens, feature use), if analytics is enabled in Settings.
Advertising identifiers & ad interaction data — processed by Google AdMob and partners to show ads and measure performance. In regulated regions we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) for consent where required.
Purchase data — product identifiers and transaction metadata from Google Play / Apple for in-app purchases and subscriptions (payment details are handled by the stores, not stored by us as full card data).
Push notification tokens — if notifications are enabled.

3. How we use information

Operate and improve the game
Save progress and restore purchases
Show ads (including personalized ads where permitted)
Prevent fraud and abuse (including purchase verification)
Analyze stability and usage
Respond to support requests
Comply with law and store policies

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to show rewarded ads, interstitial ads, and possibly banners. Google and its partners may collect device identifiers and similar data as described in Google’s Privacy Policy and AdMob help.

In the EEA/UK and other regions where required, we present a consent / privacy message via Google UMP before requesting personalized ads. You may be able to change ad privacy choices later in the App under Settings → Ad Privacy Options when that entry point is required.

5. Analytics & crash reporting

We may use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. You can disable analytics in the App settings where provided. Crash reporting helps us fix bugs.

6. In-app purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We receive confirmation of what was purchased so we can unlock content in the game. Refunds are handled under the store’s policies.

7. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on:

Contract — providing the game and purchases you request
Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, core analytics
Consent — personalized advertising and similar optional processing where required
Legal obligation — when the law requires retention or disclosure

8. Sharing

We share data with service providers who help run the App, including:

Google (Firebase, AdMob, Play)
Apple (App Store), when you use iOS

We do not sell your personal information as a standalone product.

9. Retention

We keep game and account data while your account/progress exists or as needed to operate the App. Ad and analytics retention follows the providers’ policies. You may request deletion (see below).

10. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it where required.

11. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us at the email above. You may also use store / device settings (ad personalization, tracking permissions) and in-app privacy options where available.

12. International transfers

Data may be processed on servers outside your country (including by Google). Where required, appropriate safeguards are used by those providers.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy where permitted by law.
